Generally, all U.S packages shipped out in 7-14 business days from the time the order is processed.
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground/First Class service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail or FEDEX. Please Allow 7-14 full business days.
In most cases, your order will be processed in 1-3 business day, your order will be shipped within 7-14 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 14-21 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please feel free to inquire about item availability please contact one of our representatives through live chat or email. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. All order will arrive to you around 7-14 business days. Please note: In most cases once your order has been placed we cannot cancel the order. Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 2- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.
Starting at $29.00 - International Shipping. Each additional item is $6.99. (Excludes: Iraq, Congo, Democratic Republic of the, Libya.)
International orders will be delivered by USPS International Priority, Express, or FedEx International. Shipping method (USPS or FedEx) will depend on the package value, size, and evaluated risk factor of each country.
Most international packages are delivered within 10 business days, but can very well exceed 21 or more days due to postal office or customs clearance delays.

We ship worldwide. You will receive the
package tracking number via e-mail once it is shipped. We insure all of our
packages. Approximate delivery time is 21 days after shipping, unless
there are customs delays at your local customs. International customs may delay

All packages to South Africa, France, and Hong Kong will ONLY be shipped via
FedEx to a residence or business address (excluding P.O. Boxes). Regular
shipping rates will apply (No extra charge for FedEx). Restrictions apply for

The Customer is responsible to cover all arising import duties and taxes
related to the order as such charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. Said charges are usually collected by the delivering shipping
company (Postal Office or FedEx) or when they are picked up. Please note that
such charges are not considered as additional shipping cost. Please
contact your country's customs office to determine what additional charges may
apply to your order prior placing it. In compliance with the provisions
of U.S. and International government regulations, items are not marked as
‘gifts’ and are declared at their purchase price.
Your address must be verified by PayPal. We will be happy to ship the item to a different address if PayPal has been verified it.
After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Lingerie Secrets by Queen store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Lingerie Secrets by Queen store makes our every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible.
We accept returns for exchange 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 5 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed)
must not be a special order or a custom order
unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 5 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is
incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items
that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but
received from us will qualify for store credit or exchange.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 20% restocking fee for
returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST
contact us within 5 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our
store. Items returned to us AFTER 5 days and WITHOUT contacting us will
NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All discrepancies must be reported
within five days of receipt of goods. A Return Merchandise Authorization
must be obtained in order to return goods. Once a Return Authorization (RMA) is
issued, it is only valid for five business day starting on the day of RMA
issuance. Returns will not be accepted for in store damage, worn garments, or
overstocked merchandise. Product (s) must be sent back in the same condition as
received. Product (s) returned must include all original, tags, labels and
packaging. Damages that occur during shipping/ transit must be claimed with the
carrier (UPS, Federal Express, USPS etc.)
Please clearly indicate the problem with the product. Returns sent back without
an authorization number may be refused and credit will not issued. We reserve
the right to refuse issuance of credit for any product deemed non-defective. In
such an event the product (s) will be returned back to you at your expense.
Please send return with tracking number. All Freight costs are non refundable,
please send a copy of your bill via email or fax referencing your RMA number.
WHEN SHIPPING RETURNS MAKE SURE TO CLEARLY WRITE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE
Return Authorizations will not be given over the phone.
Returned merchandise will be exchanged or a Credit Memo for the dollar amount
will be issued within 30 days. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. Lingerie Secrets by

Any item that is not shipped complete is automatically backordered unless you advise us to cancel backordered items. Backorders that are not shipped within 60 days will require your authorization to be sent. You will be given a courtesy phone call to notify of the items available before cancellation.
